Free ! (Children ages 10 on up are also welcome if accompanied by an adult.)
Participants will learn all aspects of Woodland Pottery from its history using the clay that gave White Earth its name.
Artisan Judy Toppings has been working with Woodland Pottery for twenty years, having learned this tradition skill from potter Carrie Estey at a Native Arts Circle Workshop. Judy’s work has been exhibited at many shows, including the Ojibwe Art Expo, and is currently on display at both the RTC and WETCC. She is also a quilter specializing in historical quilts.
